ROLE SUMMARY

KIMIRICA is looking for an Executive – Supply Chain Operations to manage day-to-day order processing, dispatch, logistics, transportation, marketplace fulfilment, and inventory coordination. The role will work closely with warehouse teams, logistics partners, marketplaces, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfilment and smooth movement of products across channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end order processing, including order allocation, invoicing, dispatch planning, and fulfilment.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for picking, packing, dispatch, stock movement, and timely order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and logistics service providers for shipment movement and delivery.
- Track shipments, pending orders, delivery delays, returns, cancellations, and other operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage marketplace operations including order fulfilment, inventory coordination, returns, cancellations, and reconciliation.
- Maintain inventory movement and stock allocation records and coordinate replenishment requirements with relevant teams.
- Use SAP for order processing, inventory transactions, documentation, and supply chain activities.
- Prepare and maintain Excel-based MIS and trackers for orders, dispatches, shipments, inventory,



returns, and logistics performance.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, Marketplace, Sales, and other teams to resolve operational issues and improve fulfilment efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- experience in supply chain, logistics, dispatch, order management, e-commerce, marketplace, or fulfilment operations.
- Hands-on experience in order processing, dispatch, transportation, and shipment coordination.
- Working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel is preferred.
- Experience in D2C, FMCG, beauty, personal care, fragrance, lifestyle, or retail will be an added advantage.
