Role & responsibilities The Operation Executive Air Export is responsible for handling the end-to-end air export shipment process, ensuring smooth operations, timely documentation, and compliance with international regulations. The role involves coordination with airlines, customs authorities, clients, and internal teams to ensure efficient shipment execution.

1. Shipment Coordination & Execution:

- Manage air export shipments from booking to final delivery.
- Coordinate with shippers, consignees, and agents to ensuresmooth shipment processing.
- Ensure timely cargo booking with airlines and arrange pick up/delivery as per schedule.
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal teams.

2. Documentation & Compliance:

- Prepare and verify export documentation, including MAWB, HAWB,

commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure compliance with IATA regulations, customs clearance

procedures, and international trade laws.
- Submit documentation to airlines, customs authorities, and

regulatory bodies as required
- Handle export declarations and coordinate with customs brokers

for clearance.

3. Customer Service & Coordination:





- Communicate with clients regarding shipment status, delays, or

any operational issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide proactive solutions to

avoid disruptions.
- Coordinate with airlines and ground handling agents for cargo

space confirmation.

4. Cost Management & Billing:

- Prepare job costing and ensure accurate billing of export

shipments.
- Verify invoices from vendors, airlines, and agents before

processing payments.
- Assist in freight rate negotiations with airlines and service providers. Preferred candidate profile Note: Only candidates with prior experience in Air Export or a relevant field will be considered.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
