- Experience Range of 1 to 3 years with same profile and industry.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good MS excel knowledge and ability to handle stress well.
JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing vendors and clients and getting the work done.
- Tracking the shipments and updating the same.
- Identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks in processes and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Managing and optimizing the allocation of resources.
- Setting performance goals and targets for operational teams monitoring performance metrics,
and implementing corrective actions.
- Providing leadership and guidance to operational team
- Effective communication and collaboration between different departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of operational activities.
