Ginseng Hotels is looking for a motivated hospitality professional to join our operations team in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi.

If you have hospitality experience, strong coordination skills and are comfortable managing operational responsibilities during a night shift, we’d love to hear from you.

Position: Operations Executive

Experience: 0–1 Years

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month

Location: Laxmi Nagar, Delhi

Shift: Night Shift Required

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating hotel operations across properties
- Handling operational updates and guest-related requirements
- Coordinating with hotel teams and departments
- Monitoring check-ins, check-outs and bookings
- Resolving operational issues and ensuring timely follow-ups

We’re looking for someone who has:

- Hospitality experience or knowledge of hotel operations
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work night shifts
- A responsible and proactive approach
