Job Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads by visiting corporate companies and potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and travel partners
- Represent the company at travel trade shows and events such as TTF, IITM, state tourism events and other industry exhibitions
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and industry events
- Prepare customised travel itineraries based on client requirements
- Prepare and share quotations and invoices with clients
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to finalise travel arrangements
- Follow up with prospective clients and existing business leads
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the enquiry and booking process

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry is required
- Experience in travel sales, business development, tour operations or DMC operations is preferred
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits and attend travel trade events
- Good knowledge of itinerary preparation and travel quotations
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Good organisational and follow-up skills
