Role Description The Operations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day freight forwarding operations, including managing shipments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.

The Operations

Executive will liaise with clients, shipping lines, transporters, and overseas partners to schedule export and import activities and resolve any operational issues.

Responsibilities include monitoring shipment status, updating internal systems, preparing operational reports, and supporting compliance with relevant regulations and company procedures.



The role also involves working closely with internal teams to optimize processes, maintain service quality, and support continuous improvement in logistics operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle daily freight and logistics activities efficiently.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor shipment performance, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of export/import procedures, documentation, and basic regulatory requirements is preferred.
- Ability to work with MS Office and logistics management systems, with robust attention to detail and time management.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is an advantage.
