About the Role

Clearhire is hiring an Operations Executive on behalf of ShipSure to manage end-to-end ground-level logistics and warehouse operations in Bangalore. This role requires someone who knows the city well and can independently coordinate pickups, deliveries, and warehouse activities while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily warehouse and courier/logistics operations, ensuring smooth and timely workflow
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients
- Monitor shipment movement and resolve delays or discrepancies in real time
- Conduct regular ground-level visits to depots, client sites,



and delivery points
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and daily operational activity
- Ensure compliance with SOPs for warehouse handling and courier operations
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, warehouse, dispatch) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in warehouse, courier, or logistics operations
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory
- Strong, demonstrable familiarity with Bangalore's local geography, routes, and localities is mandatory
- Willingness to work from the ground level — this is a field-heavy, not desk-bound, role
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills across pickup/delivery and warehouse functions
- Good customer-handling and communication skills
- Basic computer/MS Office proficiency for reporting and tracking
