Job Title: Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Operations Coordinator to handle the complete coordination of confirmed Coco Coir orders from order receipt to final dispatch.

The role involves coordination with Sales, Production, Quality, Packing and Logistics teams to ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time.

Note: This is an operational coordination role. It does not involve lead generation, new customer acquisition or sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receive and verify confirmed customer orders.
2. Check product, quantity, packing and delivery requirements.
3. Coordinate with the Sales Team for order clarifications.
4. Coordinate with Production for order planning and readiness.
5. Follow up on production status and timelines.
6. Coordinate with Quality for inspection and approval.
7. Coordinate with Packing Team for proper packing.
8. Coordinate with Logistics for vehicle/container planning and dispatch.
9. Track orders from confirmation to final dispatch.
10. Identify delays and escalate issues to the concerned team.
11. Maintain Order Status and Dispatch Trackers.

Provide regular updates to the Sales Team.
13. Maintain proper order and dispatch records.
14. Ensure timely completion of customer orders.
