Work Location: Mohali, Punjab (In-Person / In office)

Schedule: US Night Shift (Monday to Friday, Saturdays as needed)

Experience: 1–3+ years (US Process / Dispatch / BPO Operations)

Core Responsibilities

- Voice Operations: Handle inbound calls and conduct outbound follow-ups with US customers, drivers, and partners using high-grade phone etiquette.
- Live Fleet Dispatch: Assign drivers, book trips on demand, and adjust active schedules dynamically throughout the shift.
- Management Sync: Work hand-in-hand with our US management team via RingCentral chat to report trip updates and handle route issues.
- System Management: Log real-time route statuses, driver locations, and booking confirmations into specialized transportation software (e.g., Bambi).
- Worked on other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong English Fluency:



Clear spoken and written English skills suitable for direct communication with US-based customers.
- Background: 1 to 3+ years of experience in US logistics dispatching, backend support, or voice-based US call centers.
- Tech Comfort: Fast learner with dispatch software, internal messaging applications, and general computer tools.
- Night Shift Availability: Fully available to work in-person night shifts out of our Mohali office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
