Creative Operations Intern

I’m looking for a Creative Operations Intern to work closely with me across the day-to-day creative and operational side of the work.

This role would suit someone who is organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in creative work. You’ll be involved in helping take ideas from concept to execution, keeping things moving, and making sure the details are taken care of.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting the planning and execution of creative projects

Coordinating with different people, teams, and external partners

Managing timelines, tasks, follow-ups, and day-to-day operations

Helping with research, ideation, and putting together presentations or briefs

Keeping track of multiple projects and making sure nothing falls through the cracks

Supporting shoots, meetings, events, and other creative executions when required





Helping build and improve systems and processes as the work grows

What I’m looking for

Strong organisational and communication skills

Someone who takes initiative and can work independently

Positive attention to detail

Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and changing priorities A genuine interest in creative work, culture, brands, content, or media

Good with people and comfortable coordinating with different stakeholders

Basic proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, PowerPoint/Keynote, etc. is a plus

Prior experience is helpful but not essential — I’m more interested in how you think and work

This is a 3-month paid, on-site internship in Mumbai, with the possibility of converting to a full-time role based on performance and mutual fit.
