Phox Health is hiring Operations Coordinators for its Global Operations Control Tower. The coordinator will monitor active healthcare deliveries, resolve exceptions and work with drivers, courier partners, pharmacies and internal teams to ensure reliable delivery to patients.

Responsibilities

- Monitor active deliveries through the Phox platform
- Identify delayed pickups, late deliveries and failed attempts
- Contact drivers and courier partners to resolve delivery issues
- Escalate critical, high-value or temperature-sensitive shipments
- Confirm delivery status and proof-of-delivery accuracy
- Coordinate returns, redeliveries and patient-unavailable cases
- Update shipment records and document every intervention
- Communicate significant exceptions to clients and internal teams
- Support driver onboarding and operational issue resolution
- Complete structured handoffs between India and US shifts
- Follow client-specific SOPs and escalation timelines
- Help identify recurring problems and process improvements

India-specific responsibilities





- Track COD collections and driver deposits
- Escalate missing, delayed or mismatched COD deposits
- Coordinate with Finance on reconciliation exceptions
- Monitor returns and undelivered medicine shipments

The coordinator supports COD operations but does not approve financial adjustments or client remittances.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in last mile logistics is mandatory
- Experience monitoring live orders or shipments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with dashboards and multiple operational systems
- Ability to remain calm during urgent delivery incidents
- Robust attention to detail and documentation
- Willingness to work assigned India or US shifts

Shifts

- India Operations: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM IST
- US Early: 5:30 PM–2:30 AM IST
- US Late: 9:30 PM–6:30 AM IST
