Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Support day-to-day business and operational activities.
- Interact with customers and understand their requirements and concerns.
- Visit residential societies and conduct on-ground activities as part of customer engagement and operations.
- Travel within Bangalore to visit societies and support field-level operational activities
- Assist customers with queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requests.
- Follow up on customer-related tasks and ensure closure.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and operational activities.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with the relevant teams.
- Support customer onboarding and engagement activities.
- Assist in improving operational processes and customer experience.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
