We are looking for an experienced and proactive Insurance Claim Coordinator to manage small motor insurance claims across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate small motor claims from assignment to closure
- Coordinate with Insured, Workshops, Surveyors & Insurance Companies
- Monitor claim TAT, WIP, ageing and pending cases
- Follow up for documents, estimates, approvals and assessments
- Maintain daily MIS/WIP reports
- Ensure compliance with claim processes and SLAs
- Escalate critical cases and ensure timely closure
- Support regional operations across TN & Kerala
Candidate Requirements
Experience in Motor Insurance Claims / Survey / Garage Operations preferred
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Good knowledge of Excel/MIS
Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously
Languages: English + Tamil + Malayalam
Immediate joiners preferred
