Job Summary

Zenom Enviro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Waste Management Operations Coordinator to support and coordinate field-level waste management activities, project operations, stakeholder coordination, and on-ground implementation.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Waste Management, Solid Waste Management, Environmental Projects, or related field operations and should be comfortable working in field conditions.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day waste management field operations.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Coordinate with clients, communities, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor field activities and ensure work is carried out as per project requirements.
- Collect field data and prepare daily/weekly activity reports.
- Maintain project-related records, documents, and field reports.
- Support waste collection, segregation, transportation, and other project activities as required.
- Assist in conducting awareness campaigns, community meetings, workshops, and training programs.
- Identify field-level issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Support the Project Manager/Senior Team in achieving project targets.




- Travel to project locations as required.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Waste Management, Solid Waste Management, Environmental Projects, Field Operations, or related sectors.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prepare basic reports and maintain field documentation.
- Strong field coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work in field conditions.
- Candidates with experience working with ULBs, Municipal Corporations, Smart City Projects, NGOs, or Environmental Organizations will be preferred.
