Work you'll do

As an Operations Associate on the Enterprise as a Service (EaaS) team, you will be responsible for…

- Analyze business, functional, technical, and data-mapping requirements. Identify gaps in requirements, test coverage, and test data.
- Develop test scenarios, test cases, test data, and traceability matrices. Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
- Perform database, API, interface, and data reconciliation testing. Manage defects from identification through closure. Participate in defect triage and root-cause discussions.
- Prepare execution reports, test status updates, and risk summaries.
- Mentor junior testers and review their testing deliverables. Support continuous improvement and reusable testing assets.

The team The Enterprise as a Service (EaaS) team within Artificial Intelligence & Engineering supports the delivery and ongoing operations of technology-enabled services. The team brings together operational, engineering, and artificial intelligence capabilities to help enhance workflows, scale solutions, and support consistent service delivery. Team members collaborate across functions to coordinate priorities, resolve operational needs, and drive continuous improvement.

Hyderabad and Chennai

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM, 2 PM to 11 PM, and 6 PM to 3 AM

Qualifications

Required

- 3–5 years of experience in manual testing or quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in test case design, execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of SQL, API testing, and test data management.
- Experience with testing tools and defect-tracking platforms.
- Ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple testing activities within deadlines.

Preferred
- Exposure to Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent automation tools.
- Experience testing REST/SOAP services.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with performance, accessibility, or mobile testing.
