We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Associate to support our e-commerce operations team in managing daily tasks related to order processing, inventory tracking, logistics and coordination. Key Responsibilities:
Order & Fulfillment Support
- Monitor incoming orders and coordinate with the fulfillment/warehouse team for timely dispatch
- Track shipments and update customers/support team with delivery status or exceptions
- Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
Inventory & Product Management
- Help maintain accurate stock levels across systems and platforms
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to update inventory records
Customer Experience Coordination
- Work closely with customer support to resolve order-related queries and complaints
- Follow up on logistics delays, missing items, or damaged shipments
- Provide accurate information to support teams regarding stock status or delivery timelines
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of daily operations, shipment logs, and product movement
- Assist in compiling performance reports (e.g., order volume, return rate, delivery timelines)
- Help track key operational metrics using Excel or Google Sheets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce
- Interest in electronics and consumer tech products
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
