Hoola health (formerly babymd) was created to be exactly that.

Our founder, Deeksha Senguttuvan, spent years working in healthcare and technology, but it was her close interactions with parents that revealed the real gap in paediatric care. Families were either navigating large hospitals with long waits and little personal connection, or relying on scattered, inconsistent care. There had to be a better way.

so in 2024, we began with one clinic and a easy mission: to make paediatric care feel closer, calmer, and kinder.

Today, hoola health is a growing network of neighbourhood clinics offering everything from consultations and vaccinations to developmental assessments and therapy services — all under one roof. We're proud to be open 7 days a week, backed by a team that listens first, treats with heart, and partners with parents every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage end-to-end operational processes, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Analyze existing workflows to identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Product, Medical/Clinical teams, and other stakeholders.
- Manage B2B vendors, including vendor onboarding, pricing discussions, SLA negotiations, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
- Track and maintain SLAs and TATs, identify bottlenecks,



and take corrective actions to minimize delays and escalations.
- Develop and implement SOPs to standardize production, delivery, and operational processes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely execution through effective planning, tracking, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare performance reports to identify trends and improve team productivity.
- Use data analysis to identify operational patterns, business insights, and areas for process optimization.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve day-to-day operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage task allocation and tracking using tools such as ClickUp, Google Sheets, and Slack.
- Support market research, business analysis, and strategic initiatives to identify growth and operational opportunities.
- Coordinate logistics and on-ground execution for campaigns, events, and business initiatives.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve processes, services, and overall customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for automation and leverage tools such as AI and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in Operations Management, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, process optimization, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows, SLA/TAT management, and process improvement.
- Experience in vendor management and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Familiarity with project/task management tools such as ClickUp and Slack.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of operational outcomes.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in high-growth startup environments.
- Knowledge of automation tools such as n8n.
- AI prompting and workflow automation skills.
- Product thinking and basic wireframing knowledge.
- Experience managing multiple vendors and cross-functional projects.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making.
