Role Overview

We are looking for a Hub Associate (South)



to own and drive end-to-end operations and temple onboarding across Southern India.

This is an execution-heavy, on-ground role that offers high ownership and real-world impact. The ideal candidate is someone early in their operations career who is comfortable with frequent travel, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution across temple operations.

What Will You Do?

Operations & Execution

- Own the end-to-end execution of Pooja, Chadawa, and other services, including planning, scheduling, execution, and video uploads.
- Manage hub operations across Southern states.
- Coordinate pricing, billing, and invoicing with pandits and temples.
- Ensure timely execution of services with minimal operational errors.
- Track and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth service delivery.

Temple & Partner Coordination

- Coordinate with videographers for scheduling, quality checks, and timely video uploads.
- Act as the primary operations contact for regional stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with temples and pandits to ensure seamless execution of services.
- Support the onboarding and operational setup of new temple partners.

On-ground Operations & Travel

- Travel across Southern states as required to:
- Support temple onboarding.
- Execute poojas and other services on-ground.
- Coordinate with temple and pandit teams.
- Resolve real-time operational issues.
- Ensure smooth execution across different locations while maintaining operational quality and timelines.

Who You Are

- 6 months – 2 years of experience in Operations or execution-focused roles.
- Fluent in Tamil and proficient in understanding other South Indian languages.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and on-ground execution.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-through skills.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of operational challenges.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
