Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily operations of the organization, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting customer expectations.

- Oversee sales activities, including lead generation, conversion, and retention to drive business growth.

- Develop and implement strategies for distribution management systems (DMS) implementation to improve supply chain efficiency.

- Ensure seamless integration between different departments through effective communication and collaboration.

Job Requirements :

- 7-15 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in DMS, SFA, Sales Automation.

- Proven track record in managing large teams and driving business results through data-driven insights.

- Strong understanding of distribution networks, logistics planning, and inventory control processes.

- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals.
