We are looking for an experienced O&M; Head to manage and oversee the overall Operations & Maintenance activities.

Position: O&M; Head

Experience: 7+ Years

Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / relevant engineering discipline

Industry: Water Treatment / WTP / ETP / STP / Industrial Projects

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall Operations & Maintenance activities
- Manage plant operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Lead mechanical, electrical and operations teams
- Ensure plant efficiency, safety and equipment reliability
- Monitor manpower, shift schedules and maintenance activities
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Monitor plant performance, maintenance costs and operational KPIs
- Prepare and review daily/monthly O&M; reports
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement cost-effective solutions
