We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to manage, maintain, and optimize our core business software systems, specifically focusing on our warehouse inventory management and client invoicing applications. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business operations and technology. Whether you have a background in Computer Science or an MBA, your role will be to ensure our day-to-day software tools run seamlessly, prevent system bottlenecks, and accurately reflect our inventory and financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain daily performance of warehouse inventory and client invoicing software.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, investigate, and resolve software glitches, data entry discrepancies, or workflow blocks reported by the warehouse or billing teams.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current invoicing and inventory data tracking to find ways to make the business operations faster and error-free.
- Data Integrity: Ensure accurate reporting between actual warehouse stock levels and the client invoices generated by the system.
- Vendor Coordination:
Act as the primary contact with external software developers or vendors when technical code changes, updates, or server migrations are needed.
- User Support: Train internal team members on how to use the software correctly and create simple documentation for common troubleshooting steps.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), or a closely related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience managing business software, ERP systems, or working in an operations/technical analyst role (Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with databases (SQL is a plus), spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets), and inventory/billing software workflows.
- Soft Skills: Robust analytical problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to explain technical details to non-technical staff.
