WE’RE HIRING: OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Location: Mumbai | Andheri West

Work Mode: On-site | 5 Days a Week

At Madchatter, we’re looking for an Operations Specialist who can keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly while also supporting the Founders & Directors with their calendars, schedules and daily operational requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Manage Founders & Directors’ calendars, meetings, appointments and daily schedules
- Coordinate their day-to-day operational requirements and follow-ups
- Manage vendors, subscriptions, procurement and monthly payouts
- Handle office supplies, pantry, inventory, maintenance and AMCs
- Track and manage laptops, IT hardware and office assets
- Coordinate IT issues, hardware setup for new joiners and asset recovery during exits
- Maintain attendance, leave, WFH and daily TTD trackers
- Coordinate BGV follow-ups and new joiner operational setup
- Prepare and circulate MOMs for company and team meetings
- Coordinate with support staff, landlords, society and security teams
- Manage travel desk coordination and office-related purchases
- Maintain accurate operational records, trackers and documentation




- Identify opportunities to improve day-to-day processes and operational efficiency

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Executive Assistance or a similar role
- Strong calendar management and coordination skills
- Experience working closely with senior leadership, founders or directors
- Strong vendor management and administrative skills
- Good working knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Solid communication and follow-up skills
- Someone proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 to 30 days will have an edge
