We are looking for an experienced Senior Operational Risk Management (ORM) professional to join a leading banking/financial services organisation in Mumbai .

? Role: Senior ORM Analyst

? Location: Mumbai – Work From Office

? Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Key areas of responsibility:

✅ End-to-end RCSA execution & risk assessment

✅ KRI monitoring , breach analysis & trend identification

✅ Operational Risk Event (ORE) governance & RCA review

✅ Independent control testing & control effectiveness assessment

✅ Product & process risk reviews

✅ Issue tracking, remediation & governance reporting

✅ Thematic risk assessments

✅ Executive dashboards, portfolio reporting & committee support

✅ Stakeholder engagement with Business Heads, BUCOs & Risk SPOCs

Ideal profile:





? Experience in Operational Risk / Internal Audit

? Strong Banking / Financial Services background

? MBA Finance / CA preferred

? JAIIB / CAIIB or Risk Management certification would be advantageous

? Strong understanding of RCSA, KRI, controls, regulatory compliance & risk governance

? Excellent analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills

? Good command of English & Hindi
