Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home, India)

Compensation: Fixed ₹12 Lakhs/annum + Performance Bonuses

Shift (IST): 9:30 PM – 7:30 AM IST (Permanent Night Shift | Monday–Friday)

? Mandatory Candidate Profile:

1. Experience: 4+ Years wearing multiple hats (Logistics + Operations + Finance + Admin).
2. Industry: Prior experience in petroleum, fuel distribution, or heavy logistics.
3. Tech Skills: Expert MS Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) + QuickBooks/Xero data entry.

English: Flawless, assertive spoken and written English to direct U.S.

1. Live Logistics: Real-time truck routing, fuel purchasing, and handling supply emergencies.
2. Client & Vendor Management: Acting as the direct bridge for U.S. suppliers, vendors, and clients without middle management.
3. Finance & Admin: Daily bank reconciliations, fuel invoice audits, and data entry.
4. System Building: Writing step-by-step SOPs and creating operational dashboards.
