- Prepare the Operation Theatre before scheduled procedures.

- Check OT equipment, instruments, surgical sets, and required consumables before surgery.

- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during surgical procedures.

- Arrange and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.

- Ensure proper sterilization and availability of instruments and surgical sets.

- Follow aseptic and infection-control practices at all times.

- Assist with preparation of surgical trolleys and instrument tables.

- Handle surgical instruments safely and maintain proper instrument counts.

- Assist in specimen handling and ensure proper labeling and transfer to the laboratory.

- Maintain OT registers, checklists, sterilization records, and other required documentation.





- Check availability of emergency equipment and essential OT supplies.

- Assist with cleaning, disinfection, and preparation of the OT after procedures.

- Ensure proper segregation and disposal of biomedical waste as per hospital protocol.

- Coordinate with CSSD for sterilized instruments and surgical sets.

- Report damaged, missing, or malfunctioning instruments/equipment to the concerned department.

- Follow hospital policies, patient-safety procedures, and NABH requirements.

- Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.

- Perform other OT-related duties assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹10,151.16 - ₹26,479.61 per month
