Role Description The Operation & Logistics role at Rj Logistic Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, in office position based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily logistics and transportation activities to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.

Responsibilities include managing shipment schedules, liaising with carriers and clients, handling documentation, and resolving operational issues promptly. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, optimizing routes and processes, supporting inventory and warehouse coordination,



and collaborating with sales and customer service teams to meet client expectations. The individual will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to assess logistics performance, identify issues, and recommend process improvements.
- Effective Communication abilities to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and to handle escalations professionally.
- Sales and customer relationship skills to support business growth, understand client requirements, and contribute to service quality.
- Operations Management and Project Management skills to oversee day-to-day logistics activities, manage timelines, and implement operational initiatives.
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Proficiency with logistics software, MS Excel, and basic data reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
