Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hospital Operations Manager to oversee and optimize day-to-day hospital operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth patient flow from admission to discharge, effective resource utilization, team management, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth patient flow from admission to discharge.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and patient experience.
- Lead, guide, and mentor the operations and administrative teams.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage manpower, infrastructure, equipment, and other operational resources effectively.
- Monitor operational budgets, expenses, and cost-control initiatives.
- Identify operational risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Monitor patient complaints, service issues, and operational bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments wherever required.
- Prepare and review operational reports, KPIs,



and performance metrics.
- Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support senior management in achieving hospital operational and organizational goals.

Qualification

- Master's degree such as MHA / MBA Hospital Management / MBA Healthcare Management will be preferred.

Experience

- Experience in hospital operations, healthcare administration, or hospital management.
- Candidates with experience as Deputy Manager Operations, Deputy Manager – Administration, Assistant Manager – Operations, or Hospital Operations Manager may be considered.
