Operations Head – Dental & Hair Transplantation Clinic

Location -Ernakulam , Vytila

Experience: 3–10 years in healthcare/clinic operations

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PG qualification preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental and hair transplantation clinic.
- Manage and coordinate clinical, front office, nursing, and support staff.
- Ensure smooth patient flow, appointment scheduling, and interdepartmental coordination.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, productivity, and discipline.
- Ensure implementation of SOPs, quality standards, hygiene, and safety procedures.
- Handle patient concerns and ensure a high standard of patient satisfaction.




- Monitor inventory, procurement, equipment, facilities, and operational expenses.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Support recruitment, staff training, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with management to improve operational efficiency, revenue, and overall clinic growth.

Required Skills: Leadership, team management, communication, problem-solving, patient handling, operational planning, and basic MS Office skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
