- Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and assign daily tasks to tour coordinators, booking agents, and operations executives.

- Tour Execution: Oversee end-to-end planning and monitoring for local, domestic, and international holiday packages, ensuring itineraries match client expectations.

- Vendor & Supplier Management: Build and manage contracts with regional and global partners, including houseboat owners in Alleppey, hill resort operators in Munnar/Wayanad, transport providers, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs).

- Financial Oversight: Track tour costing, operational expenses, vendor payment deadlines, and overall trip profitability.

- Quality Control & Crisis Management: Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), handle escalations, and resolve last-minute traveler or on-ground issues.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 3 to 6+ years of background in back-end travel operations, Destination Management Company (DMC) workflows, or tour management.

- Local Expertise:



Deep knowledge of Kerala’s tourism ecosystem (houseboats, hill stations, Ayurveda hubs, transit routes) alongside major domestic and international sectors.

- Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, budgeting, and proficiency with booking systems or CRM software.

- Languages: Skilled fluency in English and Malayalam; additional languages (like Hindi or Tamil) are often preferred for inter-state coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
