- Manage daily car rental and chauffeur-driven operations.
- Coordinate vehicle and driver allocation as per bookings.
- Monitor trips, driver reporting, delays, and service quality.
- Coordinate with clients, drivers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, breakdowns, and replacements.
- Share driver/vehicle details and ensure timely trip execution.
- Verify trip sheets, extra hours/km, tolls, parking, and billing details.
- Maintain booking, vehicle, driver, and vendor records.
- Prepare daily operational MIS and ensure proper trip closure.
- Resolve client issues and escalate critical matters promptly.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of car rental/fleet operations.
- Good knowledge of Mumbai routes and locations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts.
Preferred: Experience in car rental, fleet management, travel, corporate transportation, or chauffeur services.
