Key Responsibilities

- Lead multi-state gold processing and operations teams, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
- Oversee gold transactions, including collection, verification, weighing, stone removal, melting, certification, and sales.
- Ensure secure gold movement between branches, state hubs, and the Head Office.
- Monitor transaction accuracy, operational risks, and statutory and audit compliance.
- Analyze MIS, processing volumes, discrepancies, turnaround times, and sales performance.
- Drive process standardization, operational efficiency, and expansion readiness.




- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Business Development teams to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Commerce, Operations Management, or a relevant field.
- 12–15 years of operations experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in gold buying, precious metals, financial services, or retail operations.
- Strong experience in multi-location/state-level operations and team management.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Languages: English, Kannada, Telugu, and Malayalam.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and accountability in handling high-value transactions.
