Operations Executive - Wealth

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Operations Executive - Wealth. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality operational support for all aspects of our financial service business.

1. Key Responsibilities:

- Process and execute investor transactions including mutual fund purchases, redemptions, switches, SIP registrations, and other investment-related requests.
- Support back-office operations in Mutual Funds, equity, NPS, Bond, FD and any other form of investments.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of all investment orders and requests into internal systems.
- Monitor transaction status and resolve discrepancies or operational issues promptly.
- Maintain and verify contract notes, client ledgers, statements, bills, and transaction records.
- Provide clients with accurate information on portfolio holdings, balances, and transaction history.
- Assist clients with account opening, documentation, and operational queries.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure prompt resolution of client requests.
- Meet clients when required to collect documents, investment forms, and KYC-related information.




- Support onboarding processes by coordinating documentation and verification with clients.
- Maintain accurate client records, investment data, and operational entries in company systems.
- Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports related to operations, client transactions, and business performance.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all systems and reports.

1. Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in the mutual fund
- Strong knowledge of mutual fund products, operations, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
