Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The role involves coordinating with field teams, clients, and internal departments to ensure the smooth implementation and functioning of the KiarX system across mining sites.

The Operations Executive will monitor operational activities, analyze mining data, coordinate with Mining Field Executives, support client communication, and ensure effective adoption of KiarX solutions at the ground level. The role may also involve travel to mining project sites across the eastern region as required.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and support the management and troubleshooting of KiarX hardware and systems through internal teams and field executives.
- Coordinate with mining sites and field teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor field activities and ensure operational tasks are completed within defined timelines.
- Conduct site visits when required for operational monitoring, coordination, and client interaction.
- Collect feedback from site teams, drivers, operators, supervisors,



and client representatives.
- Monitor mining operations remotely using KiarX digital dashboards and operational tools.
- Track system performance and coordinate with technical teams to ensure maximum uptime and smooth functioning.
- Review and analyze trip data, diesel consumption reports, driver performance, production data, and other operational metrics.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and site-wise operational reports.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Act as a coordination point between field executives, clients, and internal departments.
- Support client onboarding, implementation, and adoption of KiarX solutions at mining sites.
- Assist in preparing training materials, operational guides, SOPs, and other documentation.
- Maintain operational records, compliance documentation, site reports, and other relevant data.
- Ensure operational processes are followed as per company protocols and safety standards.
- Follow up with field teams on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor site-wise performance and highlight operational gaps to management.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding operational performance, issues, site requirements, and pending actions.




- Coordinate with Kolkata-based and remote field teams to ensure effective communication and operational continuity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations/PGDM; MBA is mandatory.
- 0–1 years of relevant experience; freshers with strong aptitude and communication skills may also apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand and analyze operational data and reports.
- Good proficiency in English communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and digital reporting tools is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
- Willingness to travel to mining project sites when required.
- Prior exposure to mining, industrial, field operations, or technology-driven operations will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, technology-driven, and field-connected environment.
