About Emerglink

Emerglink is a home-service platform that connects families with trusted, verified care and wellness experts — including babysitters, masseuses, physiotherapists, elderly care professionals and other service experts. Our app is already live on the Google Play Store and is growing rapidly across Pune. We are building a strong network of quality experts, and the person in this role will be at the heart of that growth in the Tathawade area.

Role Overview

As an Operations Executive, you will be the face of Emerglink in your area. Your primary responsibility is to onboard service experts onto the Emerglink app — finding them, meeting them, explaining the platform, verifying their details, and getting them live so customers can book them. This is a field role that rewards hustle: the more experts you onboard and keep active, the more you earn.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to service experts in and around Tathawade — babysitters, masseuses, physiotherapists, elderly care professionals and similar home-service providers.
- Explain the Emerglink app, its benefits and the earning chance to experts, and convince them to register on the platform.
- Complete the onboarding process end-to-end: collect documents, verify identity and qualifications, and create complete expert profiles on the app.
- Train newly onboarded experts on using the app — receiving bookings, updating availability and managing their profiles.




- Ensure quality and trust: check backgrounds, references and professional credentials so only genuine experts go live.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded experts, keeping them active and engaged on the platform.
- Gather feedback from experts and share market insights with the team to improve the platform.
- Meet weekly and monthly onboarding targets for your area.

Who We Are Looking For

- Strong communication skills in Marathi and Hindi; basic English is a plus.
- Good knowledge of the Tathawade area and willingness to travel locally for field visits.
- Confident, persuasive and comfortable talking to new people every day.
- Smartphone-literate and comfortable using mobile apps.
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude — you will manage your own schedule and results.
- Prior experience in field sales, onboarding, or the home-services/healthcare sector is a plus, not a must.

Earnings & Growth This role runs on a commission / profit-sharing model with no cap on earnings — there is no salary ceiling, and high performers can comfortably earn above ₹50,000 per month. Your income grows directly with the experts you onboard and the business they generate. The complete structure will be explained in detail during a call or in-person meeting.
