Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate shipment pickup, transportation, dispatch, and delivery.

- Receive and process customer orders and verify shipment details, quantities, delivery schedules, and requirements.

- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, warehouses, and customers for vehicle placement and timely pickup.

- Arrange suitable vehicles, drivers, routes, and transportation based on shipment requirements.

- Manage daily pickup and dispatch operations and ensure shipments are released as per schedule.

- Track vehicles and shipments during transit and provide regular shipment status updates.

- Coordinate with customers and transporters to resolve delays, delivery issues, and shipment-related queries.

- Ensure timely delivery and collect Proof of Delivery (POD) after successful delivery.

- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation including LR/GR, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, manifests, PODs, and related records.

- Coordinate with accounts/internal teams for billing, documentation, and shipment closure.

- Maintain accurate shipment and transportation records and update tracking/status reports.

- Follow the complete operational flow:





- Customer Order → Shipment Planning → Vehicle/Transporter Allocation → Pickup → Warehouse/Hub → Dispatch → In-Transit Tracking → Delivery → POD → Billing/Closing.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Solid follow-up and problem-solving ability.

- Good knowledge of logistics, transportation, dispatch, and shipment operations.

- Basic understanding of LR/GR, e-way bills, POD, invoices, delivery challans, and transport documentation.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time-sensitive conditions.

Experience & Qualification

- Experience: 0–1 years in Logistics, Transportation, Dispatch, Operations, or Supply Chain.

- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant logistics/operations experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
