PayRupy is a technology-driven payments company building solutions across collections, disbursements, payment optimization, fraud & risk management, smart billing and cross-border payments.

We are looking for an Operations Executive who can manage day-to-day payment operations, coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth, accurate and timely transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage daily payment and transaction operations.
- Track transaction status including successful, failed, pending, reversed and disputed transactions.
- Perform daily transaction and settlement reconciliation.
- Coordinate with banks, payment partners, merchants and internal teams for transaction-related issues.
- Monitor settlements, payouts, refunds and adjustments.
- Investigate transaction mismatches and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate operational records, MIS and daily reports.
- Monitor operational TATs and ensure timely closure of issues.
- Support merchant onboarding, account configuration and operational requirements.
- Escalate critical transaction, settlement or technical issues to relevant teams.
- Follow internal SOPs, compliance requirements and operational controls.
- Identify recurring operational issues and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for operational activities.





Key Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, NBFC or BFSI Operations preferred.
- Good understanding of UPI, payment gateways, collections, payouts and settlements is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
- Willingness to work in a quick-paced startup environment.
