Role Description The Operating Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jamshedpur. The role involves handling routine operational tasks, including processing financial transactions, updating records and documentation, and ensuring adherence to internal procedures and regulatory guidelines. Operating staff will coordinate with team members to resolve discrepancies, support customer-facing teams with accurate information, and assist in daily reporting and data entry activities.

The position requires following established workflows, maintaining quality and accuracy in all tasks, and escalating issues to supervisors when needed.



The role may also involve supporting audits, implementing process changes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage day-to-day operational activities, including transaction processing, data entry, and record maintenance with high attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of financial services operations, compliance requirements, and standard office procedures.
