Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and service.

- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.

- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.

- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) in accordance with company policies.

- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status, shortages, delays, and quality issues.

- Maintain and update supplier records, quotations, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.

- Coordinate with stores, production, finance, and other departments to understand material requirements.

- Track inventory levels and support timely replenishment of required materials.

- Verify invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents in coordination with the accounts team.

- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential suppliers.

- Support cost-reduction and vendor-development initiatives.

- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and approved budgets.

- Prepare regular procurement reports, including purchase status, supplier performance, and cost analysis.





Required Skills

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate degree in any discipline; a degree/diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience: 1–5 years in procurement/purchase or a related role.

- Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
