Process: Mutual Fund Sales - Voice Process

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to mutual fund products.
- Explain mutual fund products and investment solutions to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Generate leads and convert prospects through effective communication.
- Follow up with customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain professional customer relationships and update call records.

Eligibility:

- Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome.
- Communication: Positive English communication skills.
- Candidates interested in Sales / Banking / Financial Services / Mutual Funds can apply.

Salary & Benefits:

- CTC: 22,500 per month
- In-Hand Salary: 18,000 per month
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives

Work Details:

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)
