Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of overall IT/software engineering experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Ontology / Knowledge Graph
- Solid expertise in Ontology Modeling and Semantic Web
- Hands-on experience with RDF, OWL, and SKOS
- Strong knowledge of SPARQL and Cypher
- Gremlin – Mandatory
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cosmos DB – Gremlin API
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining knowledge graphs
- Ability to translate business/domain concepts into scalable ontologies and semantic models
- Positive understanding of graph data modeling, relationships, entities, and semantic reasoning
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade ontologies and knowledge graphs
- Define concepts,
entities, relationships, properties, and semantic models
- Develop and maintain RDF/OWL/SKOS-based ontologies
- Write and optimize SPARQL, Cypher, and Gremlin queries
- Build and manage graph solutions using Azure Cosmos DB Gremlin
- Develop Python-based utilities and integrations for knowledge graph workflows
- Work with SQL databases and integrate structured data with graph-based models
- Collaborate with data, engineering, and domain teams to identify knowledge modeling requirements
- Ensure ontology and knowledge graph solutions are scalable, reusable, and maintainable
