We are looking for a smart, hands-on Online CRM & E-Commerce Executive to manage online sales, CRM with the online customers and day-to-day e-commerce operations (Eg. shopify).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage website operations, product listings, pricing, inventory, orders, returns and fulfilment.
- Execute CRM campaigns through WhatsApp, SMS and Email.
- Manage customer database, segmentation, retention and reactivation.
- Track online sales, conversion, AOV, repeat customers and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Retail, Inventory, Logistics and Customer Service teams.
- Handle online customer queries and ensure a premium customer experience.
- Support online launches, promotions and recent product drops.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce,
CRM or Online Retail.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify / similar e-commerce platforms
- Good command of Excel / Online CRM & E-Commerce Executive – Retail
- Strong communication, coordination and analytical skills.
- Smart, confident and polished enough to handle premium/HNI customers online with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience in premium/luxury fashion or retail preferred.
- Ideal Candidate: Hands-on, commercially aware and capable of managing both online CRM execution and e-commerce operations independently.
