Role Overview

- Position: EPM Developer / Consultant (PCMCS & Narrative Reporting)
- Experience Range: 3 to 4 years of total IT/EPM experience (Overall exp 5 years)
- Core Focus: End-to-end implementation of Oracle PCMCS allocation models and Narrative Reporting packages.

Key Responsibilities

- PCMCS Design & Development: Build and fine-tune allocation rules, rulesets, and custom MDX rules for profitability models.
- Narrative Reporting Architecture: Design and deploy report packages, books, and doclets combining financial data with narrative commentary.
- System Integration: Connect PCMCS and Narrative Reporting with upstream data sources like Fusion GL, EPBCS, and FCCS using Data Management/Data Exchange.
- Lifecycle Management: Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-production support.
- Advanced Features: Leverage tools like Smart View, Calculation Manager,



and emerging GenAI features for reporting automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Technical Expertise: Hands-on configuration experience in Oracle PCMCS/EPCM and Narrative Reporting (EPRCS).
- Financial Acumen: Strong grasp of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and cost-allocation methodologies.
- Advanced Office Integration: Expert-level skills in Microsoft Word (layouts, formatting) and Excel (macros, complex formulas) for doclet creation.
- Scripting & Automation: Knowledge of Groovy scripting, EPM Automate, or REST APIs is a robust plus.

Work Model & Flexibility:

· Candidates must be open to working in shift schedules, including US hours.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
