Role Overview

- Role: EPM Developer / Consultant (PBCS/EPBCS)
- Experience Required: 3 to 4 years of relevant EPM/Hyperion experience (Overall exp 5 years)
- Core Focus: Solution design, application development, data integration, and process automation for financial planning and analysis (FP&A;)

Key Responsibilities

- Application Design & Configuration: Build and maintain PBCS/EPBCS dimensions, metadata hierarchies, data forms, dashboards, and task lists.
- Calculations & Rules: Develop and manage complex business rules, calculation scripts, allocations, and dynamic aggregations.
- Data Integration: Implement data integration via Data Management, Data Exchange, pipelines, and data maps between cubes or external ERP systems.
- Automation: Define and maintain process automation using EPMAutomate and batch scripting.
- Reporting & Security: Design financial reports, management reports, user security roles,



and approval workflows.
- Collaboration: Partner with FP&A; and business stakeholders for requirement gathering, user testing (UAT/SIT), training, and post-implementation support.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Hands-on implementation and administration experience with Oracle PBCS/EPBCS.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts (budgeting, forecasting, income statements, and balance sheets).
- Familiarity with complementary modules like FCCS, ARCS, or Essbase.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to bridge technical and finance teams.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
