Job Overview In this role, you will work with PwC and client team members to design and deliver efficient Financial Close, Consolidation and/or FP&A; processes. You will lead key aspects of OneStream implementations, including planning, solution design, configuration, build, testing, training, change management, go-live and post-go-live support. This position may require you to work directly with clients from an offshore location and at client sites.

Responsibilities Include

Knowledge Preferred: The candidate is expected to have strong knowledge of OneStream and functional expertise in FP&A;, Financial Close and Consolidation, or both.

- Strong understanding of OneStream application design, metadata, workflows, security, business rules, reporting and integrations.
- Experience implementing planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial close, consolidation and management reporting solutions.
- Good knowledge of Multi-GAAP, multi-entity and multi-currency applications.
- For consolidation-focused candidates, good understanding of intercompany eliminations, consolidation adjustments, ownership accounting, currency translation and group reporting.
- For FP&A-focused; candidates, good understanding of integrated planning, driver-based forecasting, allocations, scenario modelling and management reporting.
- Experience developing Cube Views, dashboards, reports and Excel Add-In solutions, and using/configuring relevant OneStream Marketplace Solutions.
- Good understanding of data integration, data validation, reconciliation and financial reporting processes.
- Ability to lead requirement-gathering and solution-design activities, support testing and deployment, establish best practices, guide team members and client stakeholders, and build prototypes or proof-of-concept applications.

Job Requirements The candidate should be able to demonstrate abilities and proven success in end-to-end implementation of OneStream CPM/EPM projects:

- 8 years of overall experience in CPM/EPM, finance transformation, financial systems or related consulting roles.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on OneStream experience, with at least two end-to-end implementation projects.
- Strong functional expertise in FP&A; or Financial Close and Consolidation; experience across at least one or both areas is preferred.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable OneStream solutions.
- Experience designing and configuring metadata, workflows, security,



business rules, integrations, reports and dashboards, including relevant OneStream Marketplace Solutions.
- Ability to identify process-improvement opportunities and recommend standardized, automated and scalable solutions.
- Experience managing system integration testing, user acceptance testing, data validation, cutover, deployment and hypercare activities.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate activities across business, functional, technical and integration teams.
- Experience managing project deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to lead teams involving multiple territories in Onshore-Offshore Model
- Demonstrated people-management skills, including leading and mentoring team members, allocating work effectively, providing regular coaching and performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive team workplace.
- Ability to review solution designs and project deliverables for quality, consistency and alignment with OneStream best practices.
- Ability to guide business users during planning, forecasting, month-end, quarter-end or year-end reporting cycles, based on the candidate's area of expertise.
- Experience leading and mentoring project team members, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation and documentation skills.
- OneStream certification and prior consulting experience are preferred.

As a Manager in OneStream Implementation for Finance Solutions, you will lead the design and delivery of efficient financial processes, focusing on Financial Close, Consolidation, and FP&A.; Within our Management Consulting practice,

As a Manager, you will guide and develop teams, manage client accounts, and drive strategic planning. You will be responsible for mentoring junior staff, confirming project success, and maintaining standards.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with both PwC and client teams to implement OneStream solutions, manage project deliverables, and provide guidance on financial systems and process automation.

What You Must Have

- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
