Key Responsibilities

Handle Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) activities for solar projects.

Perform breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting of solar plant equipment.

Execute preventive maintenance as per maintenance schedules.

Ensure plant equipment reliability, availability and smooth operations.

Follow all safety procedures, SOPs and site safety standards.

Coordinate with internal teams and contractors for maintenance activities.





Maintain maintenance reports and relevant documentation.

Required Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar Project O&M;/Maintenance.

Strong experience in breakdown and preventive maintenance.

Positive knowledge of electrical systems and solar plant equipment.

Good understanding of safety practices and procedures.

Willingness to work at project/site locations in Karnataka.

Planning Requirement

Candidates with experience in Solar/Wind Project Planning may also be considered for planning-related roles, with exposure to:
