- Mechanical & Electrical Testing: Evaluate engines, transmissions, braking systems, suspensions, AC units, and electronics using manual checks or diagnostic tools. [1, 2]

- Test Driving: Drive vehicles to assess handling, performance, noise levels, and overall road drivability. [1, 2]

- Documentation Review: Verify legal papers, including ownership titles, insurance status, and past service or accident records. [1, 2]

- Valuation & Pricing: Calculate fair market purchase or resale prices based on mileage, wear and tear, current market trends, and expected repair or reconditioning costs. [1, 2, 3]

- Report Generation: Prepare transparent, detailed inspection logs and valuation sheets for dealerships, buyers, or sellers. [1, 2, 3]

- Negotiation & Coordination: Assist with trade-in negotiations or coordinate with sales, insurance, and workshop teams for smooth vehicle procurement
