Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Oil & Gas Faculty to deliver industry-oriented technical training to students. The candidate should have solid subject knowledge along with good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a practical and easy-to-understand manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom and practical-oriented training in Oil & Gas / Petroleum-related subjects.
- Train students in areas such as upstream, midstream and downstream operations, drilling, production, refining, petrochemicals, piping and HSE.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Provide practical industry examples, case studies, and real-world applications.
- Conduct tests, assessments, practical sessions, and evaluate student performance.
- Guide and mentor students regarding technical skills and career opportunities in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Maintain student attendance, performance records, and academic documentation.




- Ensure training content is aligned with current industry practices, standards, and safety requirements.
- Support workshops, seminars, guest sessions, and other academic activities.
- Continuously update technical knowledge and training methodologies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Oil & Gas Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant Oil & Gas industry and/or teaching/training experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas operations and technical concepts.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Candidates with hands-on industry experience in Oil & Gas, QA/QC, Piping, NDT, Production, Drilling, or related areas are encouraged to apply.
- Passion for teaching and student development.

Salary: ₹35,000/month Location: Vyttila, Kochi
