Position Title: Senior OIC Developer

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior OIC Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to design, develop, and deliver enterprise integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud Gen3. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in OIC, relational databases, and integrations across Oracle Cloud Warehouse Management System, Oracle Fusion, and Oracle Transportation Management. This role requires someone who can translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, lead project execution, and collaborate effectively with functional and technical stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Gen3.
- Strong hands-on experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Experience integrating OIC with OCWMS, Oracle Fusion.
- Experience leading a project or integration work stream.




- Ability to convert requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans.
- Good understanding of integration patterns, data mapping, API-based integrations, error handling, monitoring, and debugging.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Positive-to-Have Skills

- Functional knowledge of OCWMS, Oracle Transportation Management, and Oracle Fusion applications.
- Awareness of AI capabilities in Oracle Integration Cloud, including natural language-assisted development, AI-assisted troubleshooting, and OCI AI service actions.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and cloud-native integration approaches.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, including basic understanding of OCI services, security, connectivity, and deployment concepts.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
