Palette Hire has partnered with a new-age trading platform for Indian investors, backed by Accel. The team is now building a distinctive physical presence across India’s trading and investing ecosystem.

The is a high growth role - you’ll own events, trader meetups and experiential activations end-to-end, while figuring out how to turn those moments into content, conversations and brand impact.

What you will do?

- Own events end-to-end; identifying opportunities and developing concepts to partnerships, budgets and on-ground execution.
- Build memorable trader experiences that go beyond the usual booths and banners.
- Work with the creative team to translate the brand and product into physical, interactive experiences.
- Manage production houses, fabricators, agencies and venues across timelines, budgets and execution.
- Work with social and creator teams to turn offline moments into content, PR and digital amplification.
- Track audience quality, engagement, cost efficiency and post-event acquisition to understand what actually worked.

Who you are





- 3–7 years in offline events, experiential marketing or BTL, ideally across consumer tech, fintech or high-growth internet brands.
- Strong experience managing agencies, production houses, fabricators and vendors.
- Someone who can turn a business objective into a sharp creative brief and physical experience.
- Strong project management skills — comfortable handling logistics, budgets and last-minute chaos.
- Comfortable travelling for events when required.
- An interest in trading and investing, or the curiosity to quickly understand the space.

Positive to have -

- Experience working with fintech is a plus, not a must have
- Experience taking offline activations into digital, creator and social content
- Experience building proprietary events or experiential IPs from scratch
- Strong understanding of how offline experiences can drive brand and business impact
