- Manage order processing and dispatch planning
- Coordinate with Accounts, Costing, MIS & Logistics teams
- Handle credit notes and documentation
- Support marketing activities
- Raise indents and ensure material availability
- Provide timely support and communication to the sales team
Preferred candidate profile:
- Solid coordination & communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office & SAP
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
